Every July 4th, local East Hawaii families search for an experience to share that is fun, safe, alcohol free, appropriate, and meaningful. This year, our community coalition of organizations is coming together to provide that for East Hawaii with our 3rd Annual Ohana Day!

About the event

Our coalition mission for this event is to provide a fun, safe, alcohol free,

activating & memorable experience for local families to enjoy and connect on July 4th.

Contributing organizations will be offering unique hands on activities, supplies, or volunteer power for ohana to enjoy together: creating finger art on dough, planting and painting seed take home pots, planting seeds for the community, face painting, learning about peace plants Cacao & Yerba Mate, learning about exotic seeds, and even enjoying a waterslide! All these activities are included with the ticket price! This is an alcohol-free event. There will be food vendors, however, your family may want to bring a picnic instead! 

You will receive more information about the event in an email after ticket purchase.  You will be asked to show your ticket (phone is ok to show) as well as your ID at the gate.

    This ticket is for one parent/guardian and one keiki. (All ages must have a ticket)

      This ticket for 5 includes ohana who reside under one roof. (You must have keiki in your group, and all keiki need a ticket). For more than 5 household members, please purchase the Ohana Houseshold Bundle ticket.

      This ticket is for additional keiki guardians or keiki friends of Ohana who do not reside under the same roof. This is a strict, Ohana Vibes only event with no drinking, proper clothing, and safe aloha for everyone to enjoy.
